Cupness Of Her Soul!

Ann Oblivion Blog

Here she is
Infinity and stardust
hidden away inside
the flesh and bone and blood.
These words slipping off her
like a comet’s tail

But then she has seen them
Twinkling bright on some nights.
And on other nights
they dropped into the infinity,
Crying over the loss
Of its beloved’s sight.

She has seen all the colors
But black
Fading to nothing.

She has her dreams faded.
Her joys faded.
Her laughter faded.
Her thirst
And her hunger
Were what made the cupness;
the inner shape of her soul.

 Cup is what you see.
But Cupness is her signature identity.
Her inner structure.
Invisible to the eyes!
