Our meditation experience is not always the same. There will be days when you feel nothing but peace while other times
your mind won’t stop running everywhere. Most times it might be a mixture of the two with more emphasis on one or the other.
Sometimes you might even fall asleep. You’ll doze. Your head might fall onto your chest. You might even dream.
It’s all okay.
Just let it be as it is.
Next time will be different.
This time it is what it is.
And it is perfect.
