This is a tease to get your attention! We are planning
a retreat for next June, 2016 in Sedona, Arizona.
Details to follow. If you are at all interested and would
like to be on the list to get info, please let me know.
It will be a Women’s Spiritual Retreat.

This is a wonderful idea for you to do at the beginning of your meditation. Setting an intention just when you wake up is also very useful. It puts you in a much better frame of mind, much better than going over your today list first thing in the morning!

Set your intention:
There is a Zen teaching that says « The most important thing is remembering the most important thing. » It is helpful to recall at the start of each sitting what matters to you, what draws you to meditate. Take a few moments to connect in a sincere way with your heart’s aspiration. You might sense this as a prayer that in some way dedicates your practice to your own spiritual freedom, and that of all beings. Tara Brach
