Today I want you to spend 5 minutes reflecting on
everything you have been doing right so far on your
wellness journey. Spend 5 minutes thinking about,
writing it out, and or talking about your victories.
This is an important step in the process to keeping
your momentum with your wellness goals. When
we are able to track and identify what is going right,
we can continue to implement that new habit- and
where your focus goes, your energy flows- so keep
cultivating that positive energy!
