Whenever you have time today, spend a few minutes being mindful and getting centered.
Place your hand over your heart and breathe into and out from your heart.
Think about some issue you would like to resolve, or perhaps something you would
like to change or
something you would like to add to your life.
Then take a piece of paper and write about that issue for the next 3 minutes. Don’t
worry about spelling or grammer,
just let the words flow.
Then jot down how you feel.
Are you more peaceful, relaxed and feel good about yourself.
Did you feel better yesterday or today?
