Each day will have a very small task to do. Please let me know which helps you the
most to feel more peaceful, relaxed and feel good about yourself.  Are you willing?
They won’t take more than a few minutes.

Day 1.

Whenever you have time today, spend a few minutes being mindful and getting centered.
Place your hand over your heart and breathe into and out from your heart.
Then think of at least 2 things or people that you appreciate in your life.
Remain in that place, breathing in and out from your heart as you imagine these 
two people or things, for just three minutes and then jot down how you feel.

Are you more peaceful, relaxed and feel good about yourself.
If you find this works for you, you can use it any time you are tense, worried, 
etc
