Most of us have minds that are so busy with streams of thoughts and stories and
worries and judgments that we do not even know we are always thinking.
Mindfulness, being in the present moment is the beginning of resting our busy mind.
Here are a few other ideas to stop the constant stream of thoughts:
Walk in nature
Stop to really look at a flower
Be fully aware of what you are doing, walking, cooking, talking, sitting, brushing
your teeth, etc
Be fully present in a conversation
