Did you ever stop and think about your thoughts
and where they come from?
Are they real?
How do they make you feel?
Have you noticed that when you have a thought,
your body responds with a feeling?
Take some time to be aware of your thoughts today.
Just notice a thought when it comes in.
Notice how long it stays.
Where does it go after you have it?
Is it a habitual thought?
Do you have it often?
Do you have similar thoughts over and over again?
Do your thoughts give you pain or bring you joy?
Can you stop the ones that bring you pain?
Can you change them to a thought that brings you joy?
When you see that you have the power to let go of
unpleasant thoughts, it’s a wonderful feeling!
